This is the ORIGINAL FIRST PRINTING of this poster by the Polish artist Urbaniec. Printed c. 1970, it was created to promote a contest for the best disarmament poster. The text in the lower left reads "World Peace Council, Polish Peace Committee, The first prize in the competition for the best poster on the subject of disarmament." A really beautiful anti-war poster. The poster is in mint condition and has been mounted and framed.
