A pair of Osvaldo Borsani P40 Lounge chairs designed in 1954 for Tecno. The P40 Lounge Chair was designed in 1954 by Osvaldo Borsani along with the D70 Sofa. The P40 was based on Borsani's belief that design should spring from technical research. Adjustable to many positions. Manufactured by Tecno of Milan starting in 1954 to the present day, although they cost considerably more new! This pair date from 1961 and were bought from the original owner who purchased them new in 1961 in Geneva. No missing panel screws or release buttons and everything in perfect working order.
